With the Heat Alarm from Develco Products, you will never have to worry about fire in your home again. The Heat Alarm can be installed where smoke or fumes are part of the atmosphere to prevent false alarms

A heat based fire alarm is specifically useful in environments where a traditional optical smoke sensor can cause false detection.

This Heat Alarm is designed for installation in private homes or garages with risk for smoky, dusty, or humid environment, as for example kitchen area, living room with wood burning stove, garage area, washing and drying area.

The thermosensitive detector with wireless communication detects both rapidly increased heat and absolute heat levels. It will alert you about fire with a loud sound as a warning or via a smart home solution.

Moreover, the Heat Alarm will report the status and temperature periodically via the system you have in your home.

The Heat Alarm also functions as a warning device allowing system controllers to start warning on multiple sensors throughout the home if one sensor detects and reports fire.

The Heat Alarm operates under the ZigBee Home Automation standard, ensuring compatibility with other ZigBee Home Automation certified products. The ZigBee Home Automation Heat Alarm is configured as an end-device.

The Heat Alarm features standard ZigBee OTA upgrade capability to accommodate for potential fixes or future improvements.

The Heat Alarm is battery powered and easily mounted to the ceiling.
