The SiMG301 wireless device combines high performance compute, flexible memory options, best in class security and external BOM integration to provide the most optimized device for LED lighting and line powered Bluetooth, Zigbee, and Matter over Thread devices for SoC, NCP, and RCP applications. The multi-core device has a 145 MHz M33 application core and dedicated cores for both the radio and security subsystems. With Secure Vault High and Authenticated XIP, the device is designed for PSA Level 3 security, protecting both the data and the device.
