Platform7B features ubisys’ carefully designed and engineered IEEE 802.15.4 MAC, ZigBee core stack, ZigBee Green Power stack and ZigBee Application Framework (Cluster Library). Its modular architecture enables state-of-the-art, feature-rich products with superior performance, security and field-proven robustness. Providing developers with the power and elegance of embedded C++ dramatically reduces time-to-market and helps keeping maintenance a snap. Complying to the latest ZigBee 2015 (R21) core and Green Power specifications, this platform has been specifically tailored to ZigBee 3.0 – the primary standard for secure, interoperable, easy to deploy and hassle-free mesh networking embedded into the next generation of IoT products. The present platform consists of an Atmel 32-bit ARM microcontroller and a Texas Instruments CC2520 radio, proving the stack’s portable, silicon-vendor independent design.
