Certification Process. Streamlined.
The PICS Tool is a web tool built by the Alliance to facilitate the creation of protocol conformance documents used in the product certification process. The PICS Tool saves time and improves accuracy when preparing documentation for the functionality of a device, and since a given device may potentially support hundreds of protocol features, it streamlines the process of validating dependency features and ensures the device supports all critical functionality before it is submitted for certification. The PICS Tool is free for both members and non-members, no account is required.
Ensures that devices haven’t missed support for any critical functionality before submitting for certification and streamlines the process of validating dependency features, saving valuable time.
Decreases the margin for error when preparing documentation for the functionality of a device.
