Membership Operations Specialist
The Connectivity Standards Alliance is seeking a Membership Operations Specialist to drive service, outreach, and strategic support for its global membership of more than 1,000 companies. In this role, you will own member onboarding, help desk operations, system access, and member data management, while championing digital-first improvements and partnering across departments to strengthen retention and the overall member experience. This is a fully remote position based in the Pacific Time Zone.
