BUSY Bar

BUSY Bar is a customizable IoT productivity and attention-management device featuring an RGB LED matrix on the front, a rear grayscale OLED display, and physical controls. It integrates with mobile and desktop applications, supports third-party services, and provides an extensible API.

BUSY Bar functions as an advanced Pomodoro timer, allowing users to clearly communicate their busy status through images and video displayed on the LED screen, set focus countdowns, and automatically block notifications on phones and PCs.

When paired with companion apps and smart home systems, BUSY Bar can automatically change its status during calls or meetings, integrate with smart home ecosystems via Matter, and trigger automation scenarios to create an optimal environment for focused work.

In terms of connectivity, the device supports Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and provides USB Virtual LAN for direct, local network access without relying on external connectivity.

The device provides official libraries for Python, JavaScript, and Go, supports MQTT for event-based integrations, and exposes an open HTTP API, enabling deep customization and the development of custom applications. BUSY Bar can also operate autonomously thanks to its built-in battery.
